Garbage's Shirley Manson has said in an interview that her bandmate Butch Vig (drummer) is working with Green Day on their new record. No other details have been released yet concerning Green Day's new recording.

This new full length will be the band's follow up to 2004's American Idiot.

On September 27, 2008 the crowd at the sold out Club Soda was going completely insane to welcome back to Montreal Less Than Jake and Reel Big Fish. They were preceded by the bands The Johnstones and The Real Deal.

People were waiting outside to see if more ticket would be available, staring at the people inside, the lucky ones who got tickets for the show.

Smiles, Ska, Fun, Huge Party would be the best words to describe the night.
